Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Based at the Faurecia Seating (FAS) plant in MagnyVernois, France, the Innovation Technical Leader plays a key role in driving the technical excellence of breakthrough seating innovations from early concept to demonstrated feasibility. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, product development, and innovation ecosystems, this role is central to transforming ideas into robust, highperformance technical solutions that meet Faurecia's quality, timing, and industrial standards.

In a fastmoving and highly collaborative environment, the Innovation Technical Leader will be responsible for designing, building, and validating technical solutions and Proofs of Concept, while ensuring alignment with innovation objectives and stakeholder expectations. The challenges awaiting the successful candidate lie in balancing technical creativity with execution rigor-delivering innovative, reliable, and mature solutions within tight timelines, and coordinating seamlessly with a wide range of internal and external partners to turn ambition into tangible results.

Responsabilities:

- Support innovation projects in terms of technical performance and quality while ensuring project timing
- Responsible to design, build and validate technical solutions for Innovation projects
- Responsible to design, build and validate POC (Prove of Concept) inside Innovation Projects
- Interact with innovation stakeholders (Innovation Program Manager, product lines, trim lab, Validation lab, external suppliers, etc...)

- Ensure robustness, performance, and quality of innovation technical solutions
- Work in team mindset inside of innovation projects
- Lead of the technical aspect of innovation project
- Participate to creativity activities to fuel the innovation portfolio
- Support acquisition, Marketing & development team on his project
- Interact with Innovation stakeholders

Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Minimum 5 years of automotive background/Seat experience
- Strong Catia knowledge
- License Degree
- English mandatory (minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Team leader spirit, able to network
- Agile and flexible skills
- Capacity to work in matrix organization
